A Pre-Enrollment Form must be completed and sent along with a $50.00 non-refundable registration fee. Upon successful completion of your child’s pre-enrollment into Destiny Child Development Center, you will be notified and given a handbook and other forms that will need to be completed and returned prior to your child’s anticipated start date. The completion of these forms will conclude the enrollment process. If you decide not to enroll your child, Destiny Child Development Center will need to be informed of your cancellation no later than 7 days prior to the first scheduled day of participation.
